I posted in my goals that I intend to start working out this month. I plan to begin walking/running at least 30 minutes daily. As part of this, I am starting the C25K (Couch to 5k) program AGAIN. I love running, but it is always hard for me to get started, so that’s why I love the couch to 5k program, plain and simple it just works for me.
Another thing that I want to do is start jumping rope again. I plan to start slow- 50 jumps a day to begin with and adding maybe 10 a day? I’m not 100% sure, simply because I cannot remember the last time I jumped rope. I do know that I am planning to order a mat to jump on.
I am also using an app to keep track of my measurements as well as my weight called Body Measurements. It has reminders which work great for me, because without a reminder, I will not weigh or measure myself. I will say that I am more concerned about my measurements than my weight, I am hoping to feel more comfortable in my skin again, and to have a reason to want to buy new clothes.
